Das Sudhaus | The Brewing House

The old Brewing and Kettle House was part of the beer and malt factory founded around 1846 in the “Schelfstadt” of Schwerin.

With great attention to detail, the grade II listed building was restored and modernized. The charm of the industrial Biedermeier period now meets here fresh Nordic modernism.

Old and new and have been combined with one another in the 6 Apartments in a functional and homelike way to create comfortable accommodation.

The Brewing House is located in the “Schelfstadt” of Schwerin. From this central location you can comfortably start off on your walking tours of the sights of Schwerin.

You don’t need a car in Schwerin. The best way to discover the city is on foot. Those who are mobility-challenged can alternatively take a sightseeing bus, weever or rickshaw.

You can also explore Schwerin and its beautiful surroundings with its many lakes very well by bike or e-bike (your own or borrowed).

Or rent a boat on Lake Schwerin and be a skipper for a few hours. Hiking along the lake, paddling, sailing, fishing and swimming - you just have to decide.

Passionate golfers need not go without. There is a gorgeous golf course nearby to challenge you.
